que, si bien es cierto que la ansiedad es un trastorno generalizado, muchas veces llamamos as\u00ed a reacciones que no son realmente ansiedad, como lo son el estr\u00e9s, el agobio o el el sentimiento de ansiedad nos ha ayudado hist\u00f3ricamente a sobrevivir\u00a0<strong>reaccionando al encontrarnos ante un peligro.<\/strong>\u00a0Este sistema de defensa se activa ante un peligro inminente. Sin embargo, se convierte en una patolog\u00eda cuando este sistema se activa sin causa aparente, por situaciones cotidianas o persiste demasiado en el tiempo,\u00a0<strong>dificultando la vida diaria de quien la padece.<\/strong><\/p><p>Estos sentimientos de ansiedad y p\u00e1nico interfieren con las actividades diarias, son dif\u00edciles de controlar, son desproporcionados con respecto al peligro real y pueden persistir durante mucho tiempo. Y la soluci\u00f3n no puede ser evitar ciertos lugares o situaciones.<\/p><p><strong>Los s\u00edntomas pueden comenzar en la ni\u00f1ez o la adolescencia y continuar hasta la edad adulta.<\/strong>\u00a0Se puede manifestar como trastorno de ansiedad generalizada, trastorno de ansiedad social, fobias espec\u00edficas o trastorno de ansiedad por separaci\u00f3n e incluso varios de ellos.<\/p><p><strong>\u00bfTe gustar\u00eda liberarte de las preocupaciones constantes y volver a disfrutar de tu vida?
